God graciously saved me from eternal death through the blood of His son, Jesus Christ, who died for us, because He so loves us and wants us to spend eternity with Him. He is the ONE TRUE GOD separate from His creation, who has the power over everything in this world, seen and unseen.

I was under the impression the formula for being saved by Jesus was complicated and thought, what if He doesn't want to save me. This is a lie straight from the powers of this dark world Paul talked about in Ephesians. I cried out to Him at a very low, scary point in my life and completely surrendered to Him as Lord and Savior. I asked for forgiveness, gave up my pride, my fears, my life and begged Him to lead me which resulted in a heart change I cannot explain.

What is the difference between the 12-week Progress Over Perfection program and the 12-week Christian Health Coaching program?

I approach your health goals from a Christian worldview. We will explore what you believe God's path is for your life and I will help you break it down into manageable, biblically driven action steps. Roadblocks will be met with prayer, journaling, worship, community, and time in His word to help you change bad behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors.

What are your credentials?

Master's degree in marriage & family therapy
Certified corrective exercise personal trainer
Certified health coach
30 + years of combined experience in counseling including those impacted by manipulation, coercion, physical and sexual violence, coaching, group fitness, personal training, corrective exercise, group facilitation, corporate wellness programming, and corporate presentations

Absolutely not. Christian health coaching is for:

Anyone seeking Jesus Christ as Lord over their lives
Anyone suffering from abuse, church hurt, or personal sin
Those who, like me, have dabbled in ungodly health practices that are not sure how to move forward and may be confused or struggling with anxiety, depression, or a general feeling of unexplained illness they cannot shake, no matter what they do
It is also for anyone who proclaims Jesus Christ as Lord over their life. You believe He is Lord and Savior for all that believe in Him. He is the one and only true God separate from His creation and that you can do nothing without Him

No, I am not a licensed marriage therapist. I do not take insurance however you can pay in two payments if needed. A 3.6% administration fee applies to this option.
