I am a former marriage and family therapist and group exercise instructor turned certified health and corrective exercise coach with over 30 years of combined experience.
I coach on mindset, sleep and nutrition and write custom exercise programs for people over 40, who have had challenges and setbacks, so they can get and stay healthy as they age.
My clients are typically women, and often their partners, age 40+, who have done all of the diets, workouts, and purchased all of the prepared food plans, supplements, and products to get healthier and more fit as they age. And, they are tired of it.
My client’s want to be leaner, stronger, and have the freedom to mentally and physically do what they want to do as they age. They want an ongoing process that allows them to maintain their weight, improve their strength, energy, and confidence but in a way that isn’t complicated or time consuming.
They want to be and remain mentally and physically high functioning without spending too much time on health habits that yield a smaller return on investment. I get it. Time is precious.
I teach them how to spend less time and energy for the highest health returns.
